Manufacturing Capabilities

Idea & technology

Nine capabilities, one factory. Everything is made in-house — no subcontracted core processes, no handoffs between suppliers.

Most manufacturers specialize in one material. Neo Spiro doesn't. A single order can move from CNC-cut plywood to powder-coated steel to upholstered neoFELT™ panel without leaving our building — which is why we can take on projects that would otherwise require three separate suppliers.

Designing

From a sketch or spec sheet, our team develops full construction plans, 3D models, and visualizations before a single cut is made. We also offer independent technological consulting for clients who need a second opinion on manufacturability.

Carpentry

We machine solid oak, ash, beech, and alder — three of these (oak, ash, beech) rank among the harder domestic cabinetry woods, in the 1,300–1,350 lbf Janka hardness range, relevant where daily wear resistance matters. We also work with furniture board, plywood, veneers, Fenix HPL, and Forbo furniture linoleum. Finishing uses ICA (Italy) varnishes and OSMO/Adler oil waxes. CNC routing is combined with manual craftsmanship from carpenters trained in-house.

Metalworking

Black steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, joined with TIG and MAG welding. CNC laser cutting handles sheet and profile in any shape our designers spec.

Paint Shop

Powder coating with Axalta coatings, plus wet-paint options where the application calls for it. Film thickness, adhesion, and environmental resistance are checked against internal QC standards on every batch.

PET Felt

Our proprietary line of acoustic products made from recycled PET felt. Originally developed to solve a client's office-acoustics problem, it's now a full product platform — panels, lamps, room dividers, and upholstery-grade felt for sound-dampening applications. See the neoFELT™ pages → Lamps, Acoustic panels, Ceiling panels, Room dividers, Acoustic booths

Glass Processing

Titanium mirrors, colored Lacobel, and tempered worktops cut to shape. Waterjet cutting handles glass and sintered ceramics precisely.

UV Print

Direct UV printing onto plywood and prepared glass — used extensively in our children's furniture line and for photo-accurate reproductions on hard surfaces.

Photo Studio

In-house product photography for our own catalog and, on request, dedicated shoots of client orders — useful for private label partners who need launch-ready imagery without a separate photo budget.

Need one factory instead of five suppliers?

If your project spans wood, metal, upholstery, and acoustics, we can build the whole thing in one place.

How we work

1. Your idea

A sketch, a brief, or a spec sheet — that's enough to start.

2. Our concept

We propose materials, construction, and technology, then build an initial visualization.

3. Project and prototype

We finalize the design and, on request, produce a physical prototype.

4. Production

6. Shipping

Packed to survive transit, coordinated with your project timeline.

Our team and machinery bring the product to life, in-house.

5. Quality control

Every unit is checked at every stage, not just at the end.
